Captive portal works with mobile but not with laptop/PC

Updated browser policies (Chrome/Edge PNA) block communication with local IPs from Public UAM page.
Mobiles work fine, but PCs fail due to Private Network Access restrictions.

Did anyone face this issue if so could you please help me in resolving this issue ?
