Is there a plan to make projects pip-installable?

I'm currently trying to use rocprof-compute and rocsysprof in several workloads and I have to download from the releases (manually making sure they match the version of theRock I'm working with) and then build from source.

Would it be possible to release pre-built versions on https://rocm.nightlies.amd.com/v2/gfx94X-dcgpu/? I think it would pair well with the new install structure of theRock. It would really simplify using these tools (at least for me, but hopefully for others too).
