Modifying Berksfile

Should TINA modify the Berksfile when tagging a cookbook? When trying to checkout an older tag of a cookbook and doing a vagrant up, the Berkshelf plugin will download the latest version of cookbooks further down the dependency chain.

This leads to the situation where a vagrant up won't work because we're pulling in the wrong versions of dependent cookbooks.

I agree. Since tina already knows what the branch is, it should be a simple matter of adding the "branch: 'blah'" to the end of the line.
