Multiselect-Combobox width is pretty narrow in combination with WPF.UI Framework.

I'm using your multiselect combobox together with WPF.UI (https://github.com/lepoco/wpfui) , but it looks like they don't harmonize well together.
The box is pretty narrow, just like in issue #109 .

The combobox itself is correct when sniffing with snoop:

The issue seems to be in the ToggleButton

I am using 1.0.103 via nuget.

@OnSive look at the properties between the two of them there is probably a non-default theme override wpf-ui is setting (id start with min-width, padding, spacing, or alignment) causing the issue. Once you identify what property should be fairly easy to override and fix.

@mitchcapper the styling stuff in WPF is witchcraft IMO and therefore I'm not able to comprehend anything there which is where overwritten. I made my own selection component with custom style, then I at least know whats going on.

TL;DR: Sorry I'm not that good with WPF and can't solve this issue myself (and I don't need it anymore).

FYI for anyone else trying to fix this the theme overrides for ToggleButton and Textbox likely cause the issues. I plan to do a PR soon with some changes but forcing their style to the default WPF style fixes this. Sadly it isn't as simple as using a style tag as a resource on the control or on your main window. The control ends up picking up the style from the wpf-ui/Fluent theme file after. Instead you will need to compile your own version of this control just add this to the main theme file right after the primary <grid> (Sdl.MultiSelectComboBox\Themes\Generic\MultiSelectComboBox.xaml):

The margin setting itself doesn't really matter but a <style> tag is invalid without something inside it.
