Hi, first of all, ty so much.
I just used your feature and I found a strange thing. I unmarked certain things that I know were already done in my PC, and after the execution they have returned to their previous state; at the moment, I only find one thing with this problem, the theme, that turned from dark to light.
Seems that the unmarked things were overridden with the WinDefault version.

Same with the config of the Taskbar and the Start Menu. I didn't see the "Detected applied tweaks" but if I uncheck a setting it shouldn't be overridden, if it's possible.

If you select Detect applied tweaks, unchecking any checkboxes that are set automatically will undo those specific tweaks. You can confirm this behaviour if you select review selected changes on the final screen.
