I would probably try to fix issue if I could remember what I selected before hitting that last green button
and you dont seem to keep the failed selections in the custom template for a re-apply

Confirmed and traced -- this is a regression from the recent function-rename refactor (#708).

The all-users store-suggestions functions were renamed to Set-StoreSearchSuggestionsDisabledForAllUsers / Set-StoreSearchSuggestionsEnabledForAllUsers, but the two call sites in Invoke-Changes.ps1 still call the old names -- so that code path fails with exactly the "is not recognized" error in your screenshot. (The test suite missed it because its stubs also defined the old names.)

I've opened #718 with the fix -- once merged, re-running with the same selection should work.

On your second point (the failed selection not being kept for a re-apply): your last selections are normally saved to Config\LastUsedSettings.json in the script folder -- worth checking whether that file still holds the set you picked before the failed run.

Thanks for quick reply and fix for future.
Unfortunately, I wasnt aware of that (newbie), I restarted the script and tried to remember what I had selected (it seems my selections applied partially up to that error), failed to recall others, added new selections and re-applied, so the new "last used" only shows those last changes I made.

I had already fixed this on a separate branch but I didn't have time to merge it in before yesterday. So this should now be fixed on the master branch. For future reference: I would advise to use the source code download on the latest release, instead of downloading directly from the master branch as it will be more stable.
