Issue

1. The deletion of merchant doesn't currently handle situation when the id might not be available
2. Validations could be enhanced for
   • mobile numbers
   • length constraints
   • dates
3. The main idea of this PR is to test and see how CodeRabbit functions as a PR reviewer and assisting in development

• The codebase does have a typo on deleMerchant probably going to leave it as it is to see if those are picked up / considered.
