Why
If a person is behind a NAT or doesn't receive an IPv4 address from their ISP they cannot host. The current solution for this problem is paying for a static IP address or getting a proxy of some sorts. This will make it more accessible to those people.
It's also true that people would have to copy and paste much longer addresses but that's a pretty reasonable price to pay in my opinion.
