this might be controversial but i think giving players the ability to put less rollback than they need is probably a bad idea - setting delay manually is good but the game should probably just allocate a buffer dynamically for rollback rather than having a player set it (who probably doesn't understand what value they're actually changing). This often leads to players seeing the recommended amount of total delay/rollback upon connection and underestimating where more rollback is essentially harmless assuming they're using a modern computer, and causing hiccups/stutters/freezes where a higher rollback allowance would've prevented them
