Reconsider copyright years

As the New year starts, I came across this blog post of Daniel Sternberg, maintainer oft the curl project:

Copyright without the years

I was wondering if this would also be an Option for OTOBO, saving us some work.

My peeve with automatically updating the year range in January is that few files have changed yet in the new year and that most files won't ever change in the new year.
