feat(page): improve the BuyCryptoPage, update header, add c2c trade page

- added Visa card style on BuyCryptoPage page, enhanced submission form
- fixed header closing failed for mobile menu
- fix BuyCryptoNewCard. use React Portal to fix BuyCryptoNewCard, make the pop-up modal box in the middle of the screen
