fix(roster): correct apivr repo slug to Rynaro/APIVR-Delta

Roster Health CI was failing on the clone step because Rynaro/apivr 404s;
the real repo is Rynaro/APIVR-Delta. Git's interactive auth fallback on
404 produced the misleading "could not read Username" error.
