Remove all content that will not be finished for first version

Content that should be removed for first online verison includes:

• notes to self
• sections that will not be completed

Let's start a new document outlining ideas/future plans. We can move the content there without fear of losing (or sending out-of-sight to GitHub archives) material that we like.
