feat: improve detection of attributes (#1185)

Closes #1184.

### Summary of Changes

By inferencing over the attribute name, other types of the attribute can
be found. They are added to the related attribute.


### Testing Instructions

Convert an api via the `migrate` command and view the json file or run
the test file
`package-parser/tests/processing/api/test_instance_attributes.py`.
