Electrum server failure on local network

I connected to my electrum node on my local network. It shows as connected in the electrum settings but the homescreen displays an electrum server failure message. (while being connected)

• Tor Proxy / Orbot disabled
• WiFi off

Connected via wireguard tunnel to my local network. This method works on both Sparrow (desktop) and BitBox. (mobile)

Is TLS not supported for custom servers? When I add the same IP:Port to connect to other software such as BitBox it defaults to TLS and not SSL.

The Electrum error banner reactivity has been improved (PR #1567). The banner now properly responds to connection state changes.

If you still experience issues with Electrum server failure messages on local networks, please reopen this issue with:

Reopening - closed prematurely. While banner reactivity was improved, this specific issue (failure message shown when actually connected via Wireguard) may not be fixed. Needs verification.
