Language selection is not available on start screen

I can't select App Language on start screen

Phone has language Finnish, but Bull starts as english, and I found no way to change it.

Reproduce

1. Install Bull Bitcoin
2. Try to find place to change language

Expected behavior

There should be language selection on start screen-

• BULL: candidate/release debug apk finnish custom build
• OS: Android 13
• Device: Nothing Phone 1

We should provide the language selection in the advanced settings during the onboarding.

Another way would be to automatically guess it by looking at the user keyboard but this would likely require an extra dependency

Resolved (commit 860c2b3). Language selection is now available during onboarding before wallet setup.
