Can't decode unified Bitcoin QRs

Camera doesn't seem to be able to decode anything unless it's a clean Lightning invoice

Reproduce

1. Go to Send
2. Open Camera
3. Scan QR

Expected behavior

Bull extracts a supported bitcoin payment method from the QR

Can you give an example of something it cannot decode? We should be able to decode all/most bitcoin payment request formats already

We do not yet support BIP321 (the string you provided is not BIP21 compliant, it requires to start with Bitcoin)./

@ethicnology we should support bip321 too
