Fix Test Backup Prompt Behavior

The test backup feature is displaying the backup directly instead of prompting the user to enter their existing backup to actually test it. Update the feature to ask the user to input their existing backup for proper testing. The current backup test flow seems very similar to the create backup flow

Spoke with @i5hi about this. I personally disagree with the design flow but I could be missing something.

I don't think we should first show the seed phrase to the user in the testing flow but we should only ask the user to enter their seed phrase. Is the user actually testing the seed backup they made prior when they created the wallet or are they only using the backup they just wrote down from the previous screen?

This issue right now requires UX design first and foremost, if we even consider working on this. It is not ready for dev.

We could also have a "Show backup" flow, alongside the "Test backup".

I agree, but a quick fix we can do would be to, show only the test screen when we press TestBackup,
