Do not use qsub option -V

Using this option will in most cases create a massive load on the Torque server. For a typical user the returned data of qstat -x is easily 40kb and having thousands of jobs in the queue results in massive amount of useless data being returned.

Therefore please stop advocating this option. It is not intended for production use at all.
