Utilize `oxfmt` and `oxlint` instead of `prettier` and `eslint` respectively

Describe the feature

Oxfmt and Oxlint are considerably faster than prettier and eslint respectively and they are fully compatible with support Next ant React best practices. We have already ported some of our other projects (eg. Tanglecat) and it works accordingly
