Inventory icons scaled improperly

Icon elements for the armory loadout section have black bars, may be misaligned, and appear to have other weapons layered underneath the actual weapon.

Any idea how to fix this?

I cannot reproduce this. Do all these items have kill trackers or something? I don't have anything like that.

Correct, all those pictured in the OP had kill trackers. Here's an inventory page with a mix of killtrackers/items with no kill trackers.

Perhaps worth noting my screen resolution is 4k.

Does the overlayed item thing happen only with kill tracker items too? If you send me one of the items with the issues, I'll try to reproduce it that way.
