Use the right channel so issues stay actionable.
- Bug in API, cashier, admin console, or provider flow: open a bug report.
- Feature request or roadmap idea: open a feature request.
- Integration or usage question: open the usage question template.
- Security vulnerability: follow SECURITY.md instead of opening a public issue.
Include enough context to make the question answerable:
- what you are trying to build
- which provider is involved
- which endpoint, cashier flow, or page is affected
- steps to reproduce
- expected result vs actual result
- logs, screenshots, request IDs, or response payloads if available
OpenCashier is currently pre-1.0.
- Alipay is the most complete integration today.
- WeChat Pay, Stripe, and PayPal are still being built out.
- Documentation is currently Chinese-first, but English contributions are welcome.
If your question is about production readiness, include the provider and the exact flow you depend on, because readiness differs by channel.
