Add and update multiple project entries in projects.yml

Added new project entries for DeepSeek-Reasonix, fufulauncher, Godot Launcher, Halloy, OpenAgents Launcher, OpenAkita, OpenPets, ok-nte, PadForge, ReciPro, RouteConverter, Sirkku, and TerraMap. Updated existing project details for Pactus and winscript.
