Hi SignPath team,
I'd like to apply for FormuLab to join the SignPath Foundation's free
open-source code-signing program, but https://signpath.org/apply.html
is not rendering its embedded application form for me (checked via
direct URL and the site's own "Apply" nav link, in a fresh browser
session, before and after cookie consent — the page's HubSpot embed,
portal 145110231 / form bf62807d-bb72-4e45-9bde-1f3a53ba2472 per
docs/apply.md in this repo, never loads any fields; no CAPTCHA, login,
or other step is ever reached, the form area is simply empty). Filing
here instead, since it's the most direct channel I could find.
Project: FormuLab — local-first, model-agnostic AI research
workbench for chemical formulation discovery, optimization, cost
management, laboratory trials, stability studies, and regulatory
documentation. macOS/Windows/Linux (Windows x64 shipping first). Tauri
2 + React + Rust. MIT-licensed, free and open source, no commercial
tier, no revenue model.
Repository: https://github.com/Sekiph82/FormuLab
License: MIT (OSI-approved, no dual-licensing)
First public release: https://github.com/Sekiph82/FormuLab/releases/tag/v0.4.0
(unsigned, disclosed as such — this is exactly the gap this application
would close)
Build: GitHub Actions, GitHub-hosted runners only
(.github/workflows/build.yml)
Security policy: https://github.com/Sekiph82/FormuLab/blob/main/SECURITY.md
Privacy policy: https://github.com/Sekiph82/FormuLab/blob/main/docs/PRIVACY.md
Code-signing policy (prepared, not yet active): https://github.com/Sekiph82/FormuLab/blob/main/docs/CODE_SIGNING_POLICY.md
Applicant: Sekip Hayit, sole maintainer and repository owner
(project owner role)
Contact: sekiphayit@hotmail.com
One more detail relevant to processing this: I already have a
self-service "Free trial subscription" organization on app.signpath.io
named "FormuLab" (Organization ID
b4b644ff-b883-4e06-9033-38873ce67e30, created a few minutes before
this issue via the normal signup flow, not through any Foundation
review). I have not created any certificate, activated CI signing, or
signed/published anything with it. If FormuLab is accepted into the
Foundation program, I'd prefer to convert or link this existing
organization rather than create a second one — but I'll follow
whatever process you recommend.
Thanks for taking a look, and please let me know if you need anything
else from the application dossier.
