can't get pincode for commissioning

Description of the issue

I try to run the matter over thread example. I got this error

Steps to reproduce the issue

flash prebuilt firmware 
1. matter-accessory-device-images_2.2.0-1.2/release/BRD4187C/OpenThread
2. in the uart interface execute command `config pincode`
