Special Notes

Owner Exemptions

Justin Adler (project owner) may grant exemptions to the Commercial License requirement at his sole discretion. Exemptions will be provided in writing.

Contributors

Contributors do not receive payment, royalties, or licensing fees. By contributing, you agree to assign all rights to your contributions to the project owner. See the Contributor Agreement in both license files for details.

Compliance

Organizations are expected to self-report their licensing needs honestly. We operate on a "be nice" trust-based system, though we reserve all legal rights to enforce compliance.
