suggestion: Moveable chat

It will be excellent to be able to change how much will the chat go up with chat position setting. Like making the chat move up 30 px instead of the default 12 px.

chat can overlap with action bar and similar things, so it will be good to be able to change how much it will move so we can make the chat not overlap with the things like the action bar
