* docs: add "Star the Repository" section to README

Mirrors the InsForge convention — a brief ask plus a short GIF showing
the GitHub star button — so visitors landing on the README have a clear
prompt to star the repo before diving into Quick Start.

* docs: re-encode star GIF for sharper rendering

Previous GIF was a low-quality conversion (40 KB, blurry). Re-encoded
from the source .mov at 1000px wide, 20fps, with palette-based dither
(palettegen + paletteuse) — sharper text, smoother motion, ~257 KB.
