More Light Settings in Explorer

I have created issue Dynamic3D-Project#26 as part of our project. However, after the discussion about changing date and time for sunlights, I am having doubts about which of the properties in this proposal should really be added to Explorer.

@gjcope @kgschoueri do you have opinions and/or use cases for specific properties?

Users should be able to create their own lights in the same way as the authors

I think creating lights is out of scope for Explorer. As far as manipulating other properties like position, I think it depends on how it impacts the UI. I think most use cases could be covered by tours/tagging, but we have had requests for things like "raking" light when viewing objects that are engraved, etc.
