Trust Center reference is incorrect

Zero to Snowflake references Trust Center, but says it's under Monitoring when it's under Governance & Security

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Step 28 in Zero to Snowflake
2. Scroll down to 'Step 1'
3. See Step 1. says click on Monitoring.

Expected behavior
Should see Trust Center
