[Suggestion] Extra Peripheral Slots on Turtles for Specific Items

My suggestion is something that I have seen before, but with specific uses, such as;

INTERNAL peripheral slot for Batteries, like Thermal Expansion Power Cells, increasing Energy Capacity and Converts the power used in it into RF.
BOTTOM peripheral slot for Chest Upgrades, like Iron Chest, increasing Storage Capacity, or Barrel or Filing Cabinet for large storage on One Item type
TOP peripheral slot for Power Generation, like Solar Panels, increasing Power Capacity and increasing Power Efficiency.
As a side effect the Power Generation would no longer be instant.
