📈 Sales Performance Dashboard

📌 Overview

This Power BI dashboard provides a detailed analysis of retail sales performance. It is designed to track revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction across different regions and product categories.

🎯 Objective

The primary goal is to enable stakeholders to:

  • Monitor key financial metrics (Sales, Profit, YoY Growth).
  • Identify high-performing regions and product lines.
  • Correlate customer satisfaction with sales performance.
  • Analyze trends over time to forecast future growth.

📂 Dataset

The analysis uses Retail Dataset.xlsx, which includes the following key data points:

  • Sales Metrics: Sales, Profit, Units Sold, Yearly Sales, YoY Sales Increase.
  • Product Details: Category, Subcategory.
  • Regional Data: Region.
  • Customer Insights: Customer Satisfaction scores.
  • Time Intelligence: DateTime, Year.
