Molecular interactions (e.g. Biochemical reactions/process) are broken when switching back from SynbioSuite model analysis to SBOLCanvas. Specifically in the attached model, the process/biochemical reaction that produces OC6 using LuxI is broken when switching back to SBOLCanvas from SynbioSuite model analysis. Also, the events are displaced.

Please import the attached genetic circuit model (Sc2_subcircuit) into SBOLCanvas and simulate circuit behavior using ODE on SynbioSuite then switch back to SBOLCanvas to reproduce the issue.

The root cause of this (at least the biochemical reactions part) is the same as issue #429, see there for more info. Currently working on the fix.
