It should be possible to link rv account to tko-aly members service account.
This solves many issues such as enforcing rv use only to members and contacting users for debt/password reset reasons.
There should still be separate credentials for RV accounts to enable easy login with rfid/shorter credentials via the physical terminal.
Linking the account should be mandatory starting from the first use.
This can be done for example by prompting user with linking option when attempting to log in/register via rv terminal/frontend.
User status changes to member only after the next board meeting confirms new members.
It is important that new users can start using RV immediately after joining "unofficially" instead of having to wait for the next board meeting.
Non-members should thus be allowed to log in (As long as they link their tko-aly account) and remind them to join tko-aly, possibly preventing log in or making it incrementally more annoying to log in as the time as non-member increases.
