Uploaded Recordings Don't Have Unique Name

Describe the bug
Recordings seem to be saved as [course name][date][start_time] - when having multiple recordings which are saved with the same start time (e.g. by simply choosing a default value), the last recording overwrites the file and both lectures show the same video.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In the lecture admin view, choose video upload, choose an arbitrary name and starting time x. Then upload a video (we chose MP4).
2. Repeat step 1, but choose a different video.
3. Check the recordings - they should be identical.

Expected behavior
Videos are saved using a unique identifier.
