Self-Streaming Lectures should not stop at the specified end time

When self-streaming a lecture, the stream abruptly ends at the scheduled end time. In teaching practice, this rarely makes sense, it should be possible to stream on after the scheduled end time.

Similar to the lecture halls, there should be a default 15 minutes overhang in the end of a lecture, where you can keep streaming.

Maybe it is possible to implement this fairly easily with #1168 ?

We had this on by default in the past semesters and noticed most lectures had lots of empty video towards the end of their streams. This was very wasteful storage-wise, so we decided to rely on people to maintain the real course times in TUMOnline or update them in TUM-Live as required. Sadly we still have no nice way of bulk changing lecture times and #1168 went stale. I'd like to pick it up again, but in the short term: Do you want me to bulk update your course times in our database manually? If so, please send an email to live at tum. dev

@joschahenningsen Thanks for your reply. No, I just ended up bulk-deleting all lectures and redefining them to be 15minutes longer in the end. I still don't fully get it for self-streaming, since people will stop the stream on their device when they're done with the lecture anyway. In contrast to lecture hall streaming, there should be no overhead most of the time.
