BY  PROCEEDING TO INSTALL OR USE THE FREE SOFTWARE WITH WHICH 
THIS AGREEMENT IS INCLUDED, HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE 
SOFTWARE", YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY 
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS 
OF THIS AGREEMENT, THEN DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. THE SOFTWARE IS COPYRIGHTED AND LICENSED. TITLE TO THE SOFTWARE AND 
   ALL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ARE RETAINED BY TATUKGIS AND ITS 
   LICENSORS. YOU MAY USE OR BENEFIT FROM THE SOFTWARE ONLY IN ACCORDANCE 
   WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

2. TatukGIS grants a non-exclusive, limited license to install and use 
   the SOFTWARE in a manner consistent with its design and documentation 
   on an unlimited number of computers for an unlimited amount of time, 
   free of charge for commercial and non-commercial purposes, and 
   redistribute the SOFTWARE to others in unmodified form. You may not 
   sell or charge for the SOFTWARE except a nominal fee to compensate 
   for  the cost of distribution media.

3. The parts of the SOFTWARE provided in a compiled form may not be 
   reverse engineered, disassembled, or modified in any way. The parts of 
   the SOFTWARE provided in source code form are covered by the terms of 
   the permissive MIT License.

4. Any software created from using the SOFTWARE must be covered by an 
   open-source license approved by the Open Source Initiative (OSI). 

5. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS. You agree not to ship, transfer, export, or re-
   export the SOFTWARE to any country, or use the SOFTWARE in any manner, 
   prohibited by the laws, restrictions, or regulations of the United 
   States, European Union, or Poland.

6. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, 
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF 
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND 
   NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE 
   LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION 
   OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION 
   WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
