INSTALL

A. Download the repository and install the following python modules:

1. Numpy
2. Cython
3. reedsolo (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/reedsolo)
4. tqdm
5. logging
6. scipy


B. Cythonize the code by running the following command in this folder:
python setup.py build_ext --inplace
 
C. Examples of how to encode and decode data are given in the Supplementary Material of our manuscript "Capacity approaching DNA storage" (Erlich and Zielinski, bioRxiv, 2016).
