twrp too many links

• i am running an official build TWRP, downloaded from https://twrp.me/Devices/
• i am running the latest version of TWRP
• i have read the FAQ https://twrp.me/FAQ/
• i have search this issues and still find the solution

STEP WILL REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM

1. open cmd and fastboot flash boot recovery.img and this step is success
2. and i type fastboot boot recovery.img
3. and (failed (( status read failed( too many links))
