I'm a user of the Redmi A4 5G (codename "warm", Snapdragon 4s Gen 2, 4GB RAM variant) running stock HyperOS (Android 15 base). The device feels very laggy due to low RAM and heavy MIUI/HyperOS bloat, with issues like random reboots, network drops, and poor battery life.
No device-specific custom ROMs exist yet (confirmed on XDA thread: https://xdaforums.com/t/redmi-a4-5g-poco-c75-5g-warm-custom-rom.4705742/). I'm already using GSIs via DSU Sideloader , but a dedicated build would be amazing for better stability on this budget hardware.
If you're interested in porting (LineageOS, crDroid, Pixel Experience, Evolution X, or even a Mystic-style OEM GSI specifically optimized for warm), or know someone who might, please let me know. Device trees for TWRP are already available.
