For the Callout component, we will need to create a specific color token for applying theme contexts, as implemented in the file below:

Você concorda com a criação desses novos tokens para serem aplicados no contexto de tema? Nesse caso, precisaríamos replicar para todas as marcas, correto? A única diferença seria que, na vivo-evolution, eles teriam valores diferentes.

Understood, a solution I see

Instead of creating specific tokens for callout component:

• Create backgroundContainerAlternativeOverAlternative: this would allow to have a white color in all brands (as is) but vivo-evolution that would have a background slightly darker than default backgroundContainerAlternative
• Work on this task: Improvements in negative containers #2484 and include the container token for negative context with the color expected to fix current vivo definition not only in callouts but in any container

Esse ajuste não seria aplicado apenas ao Alternative, mas a todos os contextos de tema, exclusivamente para o Callout. Os demais componentes, como os Cards, permaneceriam com o comportamento atual.

• The changes I propose wouldn't change cards behaviour since cards will not use backgroundContainerAlternativeOverAlternative
• Negative containers are not working correclty in cards, I think this is something worth fixing

I suggest avoiding specific changes per component a have a brader view of changes. This can help you achieve what you expect in callout and enable consistency for other uses of a container that is menat to be alternative over alternative contexts
