perf: APIGW接口文档目录层级调整 #4353
1. 将 v4 子目录下 46 个文档平铺至 apidocs/zh 与 apidocs/en 根层；修正 4 个 system 接口文档名与 operationId 对齐；为无 v4 标识的片段补全命名；同步更新 include 引用路径。
2. 将账号密码加密元数据文档重命名为与 operationId 一致（support-files apidocs zh/en 各 2 个，docs/apidoc zh 1 个）。1 parent 8c4b26e commit 19f8980
