Lot's of extra travel

Just for the hell of it, I tried the print. It made the first perimeter swoop, splooged a bunch of filament out, retracted some stupid amount, then continued to print nothing until I canceled it.

Splooges seem to be at the seam. I reduced extrusion multiplier to 1, wallreorder 1, nonplanar 1. The extra trave seems to have mostly disappeared, but the splooges (and, historically, extra retraction) remain. Is it multiplying retractions/deretractions as well?

With retraction turned off :/
