Soulbinding removes all attributes from Tinker's Construct tools

Steps:

• Create a tool with TC parts (ex: wooden haft and binding with flint pick)
• Use /bind on the item

Expected:
A soulbound and functional TC tool.

Result:
A soulbound template item (nonfunctional).
