CraftBay Integration - Soulbound items non-auctionable

As per request of SmallSansSerif on IRC, I would like to suggest the new feature of CraftBay integration in a sense that, via config boolean, Soulbound items can be disabled from being auctioned. I looked into CraftBay, and it seems to be rather simple to add, since you've already got the isSoulbound() method.

How does CrafBay work? Does it, by any chance, require players to hold the item they want to auction and use a command?

Yes, one of the ways is to hold the item and do /auc hand.. See here:

Here's a quote from the bukkit page:

"Every player with the appropriate permission can start an auction for any amount of items in their inventory. To do so, they can simply type /auc hand to sell whatever they are holding in their hand, or /auc start to be presented with a chest interface to put their items in. If everything is alright, the auction will be publicly announced and the plugin will claim the item and start accepting bids."

So wouldn't blocking the usage of /auc when holding a Soulbound item solve this?

That would block the /auc hand way to auction for sure but if you do /auc start you can drag items from your inventory into a chest like interface.
