[CHORE] Validate and Standardize Hyperlinks in RESOURCES.md to Prevent Dead Reference Links #12

Description

@Vedant4102004

📌 Problem Description
The RESOURCES.md configuration layout acts as a baseline list of external learning courses, tutorials, and training materials for beginners. Over time, external documentation paths can break, relocate, or experience link rot, leading to a frustrating experience for new developers encountering dead external links.

💡 Proposed Solution
Conduct a comprehensive linkage and data format audit across RESOURCES.md:

  • Validate all active URLs (e.g., Git crash courses, cheatsheet references, interactive games) to ensure they return healthy HTTP 200 statuses.
  • Standardize all markdown URL structures to utilize secure HTTPS encryption layers.
  • Replace any dead or broken educational tools with highly maintained alternatives if any link rot is found.

🛠️ Technical Domain & Directory Focus
Target File: RESOURCES.md
Concepts Covered: URL Validation, Link Rot Remediation, Educational Material Curation.

📋 Acceptance Criteria

  • Every single link inside RESOURCES.md must resolve to an active, secure, and accurate third-party platform path.
  • The document formatting must maintain matching bullet structures throughout the entire resource collection.
