VirtualBox guide: 7.2.4 UI no longer matching current instructions

It seems one of the latest versions of VirtualBox updated the UI (ugh) so now some of our instructions and screenshots don't quite match what users would see.

One example is that "Specify Virtual Hardware" and "Specify Virtual Disk" are now on separate pages (via "Next") as opposed to being under dropdowns within the same page.

I am not personally aware of any other differences but there may be others. I don't currently have the time or facilities to test and update these.

I'll work on getting my local install to match what they're seeing so it can be updated.

I reinstalled the pinned version, I have the same UI that I've always had.
Following up with affected user, asking them what their host OS is. I suspect they might be on Windows 10 and their UI is different because of that.

Oh I found it. OK. It's the difference of setting Basic vs Expert.

As in the screenshots from our guide match what you'd see in Basic mode? Or in Expert mode?
And whichever the case, we'd just need to make sure our instructions specify which mode to be in (if it needs changing from the default)?

1. Include screenshots for Basic
2. Explain if the UI looks different how to switch it from Expert to Basic
