[Feature]: Make overworld only possible in expert

Suggestion

To my knowledge it is currently possible to complete the pack in normal mode without leaving the overworld. This is not possible in expert mode, and I think it would be a fun thing to add, without being a particularly large amount of work.

Things that have killed the overworld only run I'm currently doing (so far):

• MV emitters requiring flawless emeralds - these are required for a laser engraver and MV circuit assembler.
• Blitz powder requiring end stone - this stuff is required to make primal mana, to make quantum flux.

I haven't yet found any other hard walls, but I'm only in HV. I would expect once microminers are acquired there aren't any more.

For the flawless emeralds, what makes that impossible, do emerald ores not spawn in the overworld? For number 2, I remember NFu having a recipe for end stone with a chemical reactor, could do that.
