🆕 Never used GitHub before?

That's completely fine — most of the people we build for are creators and residents, not developers. You don't need to learn anything.

  1. Click here and pick the option that matches your problem.
  2. Fill in the form. It's a normal form — boxes to type in and menus to pick from. Answer what you can and skip the rest; every field marked (optional) really is.
  3. Click "Create". That's it. We read every single one.

You'll need a free GitHub account to post. If you'd rather not make one, just tell us on Discord instead — it reaches us either way.

⚠️ Two rules that really matter

1. Everything you post here is public. Anyone on the internet can read your report and see anything you attach. Don't include real-life details you wouldn't want public.

2. Never share your password. Thirdrez will never ask for it — not here, not in-world, not by email, not on Discord. Anyone who does is not us.

For anything involving your account, a payment, or a security concern, email contact@thirdrez.com instead of posting.

🖥️ TRZ View™

The Second Life® viewer, rebuilt from scratch.

Most viewers grew heavier every year. We started over and asked a simpler question: what if getting into the world felt weightless again?

  • Featherweight — under 25 MB to install, and roughly 4× lighter in memory than legacy viewers.
  • A from-scratch graphics engine — real shadows and a sun that actually moves across a full day, plus local lights that make a build glow at night.
  • Built to fit any machine — adaptive rendering that scales to what you actually have, with free frame rate from AMD FidelityFX™ Super Resolution on any GPU.
  • Faces that come alive — real-time facial animation, built in.
  • Translation that never leaves your machine — chat translation across nine languages runs locally on your own computer, not on a server. Built on Bergamot / Firefox Translations (Mozilla), MPL-2.0.
  • Yours and private — it runs on your machine. Your login goes only to Linden Lab, never to Thirdrez. No relay servers.
  • Creator tools where you already are — Kinetiq Engine, Bento Alive™ and Trezz Share are built into the viewer.

Free to download and free to use. Windows first; macOS and Linux to follow.

🎬 Kinetiq Engine™

Generated Fast. Finished Right.

AI can produce motion in seconds. It can't tell you which parts are wrong. Kinetiq is the studio where raw motion becomes something you'd actually ship — and it runs in your browser, with your model staying on your machine.

  • Turn video into motion — record or upload, and get body, hands and fingers.
  • Rig almost anything — drop in a mesh and get a working character back.
  • Move animation between skeletons — retarget across Second Life Bento, Unreal Engine 5, Unity, Blender, Daz, VRM, Mixamo and more.
  • Faces, properlyBento Alive™, a face expression studio built for Second Life.
  • A photo into an editable 3D baseKinetiq Blockout™.
  • Finish the shot — foot locking, joint limits, center of mass, jiggle bones, loop fixing, and a quality score that tells you what still looks off.
  • Export where you work.fbx, .glb, .bvh and .anim for Second Life.

Free to use, with no install and no plugins.

🛡️ MotionPrint™

Proof of authorship, baked into the file itself.

MotionPrint™ signs an animation with Ed25519 and SHA-256 so anyone can confirm who made it and that it hasn't been altered. The signature lives in the file's metadata, so nothing about the animation itself changes. Verification is free, needs no account, and happens in your browser — the file is never stored on a server.

📬 What happens after you post

  • Every report is read. Bugs get reproduced before they get fixed — which is exactly why the forms ask for your version, your system, and the steps you took.
  • If we can't reproduce it, we'll come back with questions rather than close it.
  • When something ships, we close the issue and it shows up in the public changelog.
  • A "no" is still an answer. If an idea doesn't fit where the product is going, we'll say so honestly instead of leaving it open forever.

Duplicates are welcome. If someone already reported your bug, adding your own details to their report genuinely helps — it tells us how widespread it is.
