Hiya, paid for the app but cant seem to open these sections they just keep spinning also I tried running the connection method and each one failed- it does seem to connect and bring back data however does not display these. I have an ac3 and do.535 firmware

Can you try the following;

• Set the inverter method to 3
• Clear the logs from the settings section
• Enable verbose logs
• Delete the inverter from the list
• Scan for and re-add your AC3
• Connect to the inverter and wait a few seconds

If the settings show up, great, if not, go back to settings and send me the log file to support@givlocal.app and I'll take a look what's going on.

Issue traced to older ac-coupled - the app tries to read higher registers which don't exist on 5xx models. Newer 2xx models do support these blocks. The fix is to stop the app trying to read these blocks. Will be available in build 79.

HIya, Yes I can, all looks great I can now also see meters. I happen to have a second pv input under ID3 using a gem120 will that be ok to set in there as well Thanks Ian
